Clutc/flywheel fittment issue

Hi all,

I am doing a zf6 swao in my 97' and after i got the trans in, i can't seem to get the slave cylinder to lock it. It seems its bottoming out before i can get it to lock in. I just just a 425hp south bend organic single clutch. The issue i believe is actually in the flywheel. It is a Valeo flywheel. My only guess is the fly wheel is too thick or offset too much and is moving the clutch too far towards the throw out bearing causing no play in the throw out fork hence the slave cylinder bottoms out before it can lock in. I put my hand in and there is no wiggle at all on the throw out fork. Does anyone know if the Valeo flywheels are in fact different than OEM that is supposed to be ran with the clutches? Unfortunatley i didn't know it was a valeo flywheel until i just looked and noticed they are the only ones that have the alignment pins..any input as to what else it might potentially be is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
