Replacement parts

Whats the cheapest place for factory parts online? I have a 13 f250 with power folding mirrors that need to be replaced. Passenger side tries to fold but won't. And a drivers mirror that is very slow. I tried doing the mirror sync a 100 times with no luck.

I read where people were saying to fold the mirrors in and hit the mirror button to re-sync the mirrors. Im no professional, but it did not work
