Ive got my MAF connector apart and am doing some testing. I have come across that pin 5 has voltage, about 4.9v on it with KOEO. Testing says there is to be NO voltage here, and if voltage is found, repair the short to power. If I ohm out to pin 2 & 3 to pin 5 I get continuity. But if I unplug the connector at the PCM, that all goes away.

Can anybody else tell me if their seeing voltage on pin 5 with KOEO and sensor unplugged?

Bump.

Found all trucks have this voltage present even though Ford says they shouldn't.

New maf, new egr valve, no change

Is that the maf/map correlation code? Seen probably 3 that have been due to dirty air filters.

Is it the correlation code at idle or at higher load?

We have a 2012 F550 truck at the fire dept that has the correlation at idle code, reoccuring after driving after clearing it. Was reading somewhere that it was likely a dirty MAF sensor, but that it could be more serious things like gasket leakage somewhere (not sure where tho...)
