In the process of building compounds for my truck. I've got T4 up pipes, 66/73/.91 with 360 thrust upgrade, 88/96/1.32 with .66ar race cover. Having trouble finding a 88/117 comp wheel for it (slight exducer damage). Who all has first hand experience with this setup on a 6.0? I know Matt has. How bad is BP? What size gate needed? Thinking about 285/100 hybrids. Any other size recommendations? Any other tips?

Anyone ever heard of apexboost? They are the only ones so far that i've found to have a 88/117 comp wheel for me. I'm worried its kinda sketchy....they only want $289 plus shipping for the wheel.

Thanks!
Jeremy

It's a 88/117 wheel. Turbo is 88/96/1.32 with .66 ar comp housing. James said the wheel is probably a turbonetics wheel and that the turbo was built by FI but I have gotten zero response from them after numerour emails and calls.

I'm running 205/75 injectors currently and looking at 285/100 hybrids. Any real world experience with this setup? Truck will be driven on the street but not much. Mostly drag strip

Update-
I finally got time to work on my truck instead of others. Got the T4 pipes and the 366 in. Took it for a drive. Love it!
This weekend i'm moving the passenger battery and vacuum chamber to the frame and ordering the SS pipe for the LP turbo.
Question-
I had assumed 3.5" for the intermediate pipe and 3" for LP to HP pipe. Correct?

285s can make big power. I'm personally more of a fan of conventionals and big oil but that's just me.

I hope this truck has rods.

If not it will be interesting. I would think with good tuning, fuel only and the gate dialed in correctly it will last a little while.

It will last exactly as long as my foot will allow! Bottom end build is happening this year too! No worries!

You should run an air to water intercooler system as well that's my winter project this year along with electric fans

Easy man! You're hurting my wallet! I'm thinking about doing electric fans first. I love how much it cleans up the engine bay!

Some what the same as jesse warren's same guy building it. Instead of using an icebox I am going to be using a radiator and circulate it with coolant so i dont have to keep filling up a icebox ans so it's streetable. it's going in the bed of my truck along with the batteries so my engine bay is going be like wide open! Also putting a tonna cover on the bed as well
