Could This Be Where The High Pitched Noise Is Coming From?

I think this is where my high pitched noise is coming from under load at 30-40 PSI. What you folks think? Attached is a image. Thanks in advance.

I would look closely at a exhaust bellow as well...

Or manifold hardware, they do loosen off

with that amount of oil sprayed i would be checking shaft play on the atmo turbo. could be housing contact.

Up-pipes bellows are clean no soot.

Okay I'll check the atmo shaft play tonight and will report back.

Ok forgot to bump this. I checked the shaft play on the atmo a while ago. No shaft play.
