If there were companies doing this, I wouldn't post this thread but seeing how no company besides gogo has stepped up(and who can afford over $1000 for a intake) I cut into one this morning. My total time into this intake so far is 30mins. All I used was a $69.95 noname portable band saw to cut the top off, then a drill press to drill out the dowls. Then a grinder to clean up the shape edges inside.
Now I need to go buy some 1/4 aluminum plate, cut to size and have tyler weld the tops on. I don't see were or why a person needs a expensive milling machine, of expensive bits.
