Well guys, did an EGR delete and y-pipe replacement at my buddy's shop. Went to crank the truck and we got nothing. We charged the battery and changed the IPR (?) on the HPOP. Tried starting with the ICP (?) unplugged and still nothing. We must have cranked on it from 10:45 last night until 3 this morning and didn't get anything. When you first bump it over it sounds like it normally does but after a few seconds it sounds like its halfway running, wants to start real bad but it hit doesn't. The fuel filter housing was bled and primed so its getting fuel for sure. All connections are tight including FICM. Truck was running perfect before we started. I'm just at a loss here, no clue what to do. Thanks for the help

We cranked on it max duration of about 15-20 seconds at a time. I have read it often takes a while to crank but this seems absurd.

Try using a battery charger or a Jump to give it some cranking amps?
Is it possible that the hpop fitting you changed isn't done properly causing no start and no oil pressure?

Had something similar happen once, cracked the banjo on pass head loose and got a big air pocket out. Could try that. ICP built fine and you could hear the injectors firing but wouldn't ever take off

When we try turning it over it is hooked to a battery jumper so it has plenty of amps. I didn't change a fitting we just replaced the sensor in case debris got inside of it, I've heard that's an issue too. But didn't help. I can hear all the Inectors buzz, however they sound a tad weaker than they did before we tore the truck down. I checked the ground on the back of the manifold and it is not damaged and is connected properly.

Turn the key on. Let the glow plug light go out. Put a small shot on the air filter, if it's an aftermarket, or just behind the filter on a stock intake. And try starting it.

I wasn't able to look at live data last night. My buddy is supposed to bring his snap on gizmo and hopefully we can check it out with that

It's just so frustrating, I've done at least 20 EGR deletes and never a problem, but when I do one on my personal truck I'm stuck with a no start.
