Im getting into modding 6.0L turbos and figured I would let everyone know what options I can do.

Currently, I do not have enough cores, so your turbo will need to be sent in to have the mods done. Normal turnaround time is 3-4 days.

Stage 1 Turbo: 11 blade Billet 63.5mm, 13 blade turbine wheel

Stage 1.5 Turbo: 11 blade Billet 63.5mm, 10 blade turbine wheel

Stage 2 Turbo: 11 blade Billet 64.7mm, 10 blade turbine wheel

Stage 3 Turbo : 6 blade Billet 68mm, 10 blade turbine wheel

With you supplying the the turbo to be built,

Stage 1 $950

Stage 1.5 $1150

Stage 2 $1400

Stage 3 $1600

All come with 1 year warranty.

Stock Powermax turbo with 175/75 injectors did 515/820. Changed out compressor wheel only to the billet 11 blade and made 576/882

61hp increase and 62 ft/lbs

That is the 63.5mm compressor wheel or the stage 1.5 turbo.

I'd do some testing as well, 190/100 I'd test whatever charger you want, bp and boost numbers as well, would do the dyno the 22nd of this month if you are interested

Also to add, the Stage 3 turbo must be built from a new Powermax, so the cost on a stage 3 will be $1975 no core needed.

Also working on a stage 4 with 68mm compressor and 70mm gt40 turbine. Have to do some testing before available

So what's the difference between rcd's? They charge 1000$ to mod your turbo to a 68mm.... I believe they have a 65mm as well. I'm just curious is all. I'm sure others are wondering the same.

I dont know what RC is doing, but I am doing full rebuild w/ 360 thrust and assembly balance, billet 68mm cw and 66 or 70mm turbine wheel, starting from a new Garrett Powermax for the "stage 4" I am working on

Can anything be done to a box non vgt charger to net any gains?
