Head bolts let go on our feed truck so I built it up while it was apart. We were running a power max on it before and now the top end has really came alive.

it has 155/30 injectors
my t4 pipes
s362 FMW with 68mm turbine wheel and .83 housing.


This truck weighs 10k empty and we use it to haul cattle and it will work perfect towing. we haul 20-25k worth so it will get a work out. We start weaning our calves next week I will report back on the towing performance.

I had a s360 with the 68/.83 combo ordered for it but the .83 is on back order and I had this FMW in stock so It got used and It may not come off. I fell in love with this turbo the day I ran it on my 05 with 205s and I love it even more now. It pulled the filter minder in so much on this truck (stock air filter) that we couldn't reset it. The powermax didnt even move it one bit. And I dont think the FMW is coming off.


This is on the can SCT tunes because I havent got the custom ones yet and it is even more impressive with some of matts tunes running it.

this is with Matt's SLR. remember the weight of this truck. I think it moves out good. (need alittle work on the shifting)

I've been contemplating this exact turbo setup and up-pipes from you anyhow LOL Thanks for the vids and the report. I was thinking 155's or 175's down the road as well.

I'll be keeping an eye on this for more drive reports! Thanks.

Loaded up Matt's unlimited tow tune with a 25' steel stock trailer hooked on (empty) and on a hill with it to the floor it was at 1000* cant ask for more than that.

Very impressive, nice to see a basic injector, turbo upgrade that works well for towing. Your T4 pipes are very nice.

Nother question for ya Matt...
What's the gear ratio in the differentials?
3:73 or 4:11(4:10)?

Pulled with it today. Load of calves pulling out of a drive way and right into a steep hill didnt even have to down shift. Just pulled the hill. 1000 egts pulling the hill. Our hills are shorter but are very steep. It really is impressive. The truck would have down shifted with the powermax down to 1st to get up. And that's normally on a street tune not a tow tune. We were running Matt's unlimited tow and it has alot of power pulled back. We are going to tow with 8k tow tune from now on. This is all below 60 on gravel roads so we normally run a hotter tune. It's performing Better than I had exspected. It just flat out pulls. Where with the powermax it had to be low gear and high revs to get any power.

Matt, what kind of boost this turbo make at cruise speed torque converter locked at say 1400-1500 rpm. This is the classic rpm area where a non Vgt has issues.

How's the power from a stop when loaded, better than your powermax?

I think so but we were pulling with a lower power tune with than we did with the powermax so I will have a better idea next week when we tow with a little hotter tune. This turbo is keeping things so cool we can use more fuel.
