97 F350 not starting

97 F350 127k miles with Swamps baby injector, Swamps modded IDM and Swamps tunes. When this started, I killed truck went and did something came back in five minutes and truck would not start with CEL on, light went off and truck started and ran fine. Two weeks later while driving CEL came on truck ran very rough with no power for about 10 seconds, light went off and everything fine. About 3 weeks later did same thing while driving with same results and ran fine. 3 days later start truck up, let it warm up, go to leave and CEL came on and same thing very rough running and little to no throttle response. Seen that fuel pump was leaking and replaced it. Truck started but ran very rough, let it settle to idle and CEL went off and ran fine, touched the throttle and CEL came back with rough idle. Problem still there. Unplugged ICP and no change. Replaced IPR and no change. Truck will not even start now. You can see white smoke while cranking engine and feel it try to start. Oil is fresh, changed 627 miles ago. Unplugged the tunes to see if that was it, still nothing. I bought the AE with ford bundle. Says there is no code. When you first turn key over no CEL. Only comes on after cranking. If you turn off then back on no CEL. WTS light comes on, all fuses good. So what would next step be? What else to check? Am I using AE wrong? I am open to any and all help.

You should monitor ICP and ICP DC% when its running rough TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) maybe?

Monitor these while cranking to start.
Also monitor RPM, vref, map, baro, ebp, mass fuel desired.

I also have diag charts in the tech section of my website that you can print off

New to the AE. Tips to watching what you guys are saying to watch? Do you select it in the live data mode?

Got it to start and idle. Still cannot retrieve trouble code. When idling CEL came on and AE finally saw it and tried to retrieve it, just as it almost had it, it lost connection with the module. Now cannot get it to reconnect, says something about module. But did get some live data while idling. Vehicle reference voltage- 4.95, MAP- 13.8/14.0, Barometric-4.88, ICP volts- 1.2, ICP DC- 18.75, ICP-785, Mass fuel desired-20.19. would idle perfect with no CEL, as soon as touched throttle got CEL. The only things that moved were the ICP and mass fuel. The ICP would go from it got up to 1400, the mass fuel at one point dropped to 4.??. So what do I do know or check? Just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!! For the help. I did record some live data while it was running. Trying to figure out how to play it.

Also when CEL came on and I unplugged the ICP and the readings were 785.

Well UVCH for the win on what the problem was. Plugs on main harness were good, but under the valve cover was a different. Couple of bare wires, burned pins and one pin completely melted. And that was per side. Also put new glow plugs in while I was in there. Thank you for all the help and suggestions.
