south central PA, willing to meet at a reasonable distance. not shipping. 40-50 % tread on all tires. still pretty meaty. wheels have some marks but cant be seen unless your on top of them. 2500 for the set. very good deal since i paid almost that for just the tires and wheels are worth a good amount to.
