Ok I just did the full delete on my 2014 a couple of months ago then traded it for a 2015 so I'm thinking the new 2015 should go a bit quicker (sure it will).

I did the tuning and exhaust on Sunday. Started the EGR delete this afternoon. I had the wife go get me a couple jugs and a piece of 1/2" hose to drain the coolant.

So I start doing everything I can before draining the coolant:
unhook batteries, pull airbox, pull exhaust and intake pipes off the cooler (much easier with only 8 miles on the truck).

Wife gets home so I drain the coolant and go to take the first coolant line off and ??????

Great it is not the same as the 2014, not even close and I can't believe I did not see this until I got this far along!

The coolant lines going into the cooler look nothing like they did on the 2014!

So my question is: how have all you guys with the 2015's done the full EGR delete? Is there a new EGR delete kit out for the 2015's?

the 11-14 trucks used both cooling systems for the egr cooler, 2015 only uses primary, so the heater core hose now jumps to the EGR cooler.

If you get the heater core inlet hose(base#18472) for a 2014 truck,
you can get rid of those two you have and keep it looking factory.

Ok so the connection circled in red needs to get connected to the connection circled in green, is that correct or am I still jacked up?

Ok everything went smooth and it sure cleans things up under the hood. I modified the bracket that came with the 2014 kit and added a spacer and it worked great for the hard pressure line that was secured to the cooler. The only thing to do is deal with the one small coolant line that came from the driver's side coolant tank and went to the EGR cooler. On the 11-14 trucks you just pulled the lines apart at the "T" and used the brass fitting to join the other two lines but on the 2015 the lines are not going to the same places and I'm guessing I'll just grab a 90 elbow to join the two lines together. The coolant line coming out of the heater box that went to the EGR cooler snapped right on the hard coolant line but the hose is WAY too long so I will order the shorter hose tomorrow. Overall it seem to be a bit easier than the 2014 I did a couple of months back and you can see that there really is a turbo in there!

Yeah I'm running into the kink problem as well today. Running to ace as we speak. I've seen some look real clean but mine looks like a 3 year old got under the hood.

The 2015 EGR delete is different than 11-14, as shown above with the 2 coolant systems being routed different... the way above is not the CORRECT way to fix this problem, tho it does work but now you eliminated the coolant by pass in the system... Our SDP 2015 kit keeps this bypass in proper working order... these kits are in stock and ready to ship...

Gotcha, so instead of removing the small line going into the EGR Cooler from the “T” that originates at main reservoir on the driver’s side it should be connected to the new shorter line that connects from the heater box to the hard line at the manifold. Is that correct?

Thanks for the pic’s, looks like I have it straight other than the small coolant line looping back to the new shorter heater hose. Much appreciated!
