7.3 on a harbor freight engine stand

I got the one ton stand last night. I have a long block and I have no bolts to mount it. Do you guys know what size and length bolt I should get?
Also I heard you can't use the bottom holes on the block is that ok? Or do I need to modify the mounting plate so I can?

Pardon that I don't remember the size, my memory is saying 19mm but it's been a while, but on length, I could get 1 too short, and 1 too long. Got the long ones, and then shimmed them with washers on the backside of the stand, as evidenced above.
