Trying to figure out if I should change my settings or what. I have the EGT defueling set to 1450 and every time I do a WOT run it kicks down to stock pretty quickly.

2011 6.7 68k miles
5" dp back
No limit 4" intake
Egr blocker plates
*** ******d
Mini Maxx set to performance

Really haha? I mean I never had any kind of limiter on my 6.0 and it never blew up but I figured this was a good safe measure.

I only use the cold coolant to let me know when it's warmed up enough to beat on it lol.

Maybe this was my problem all along because I experience the same thing! Would the defueling still be on even with custom files uploaded?

yes, defuels are a setting within the head unit themselves

I've never used them, personally.

On the 10-12 Dodges, it will cause a blown head gasket! LOL

My only complaint is they kill the fun!

The EGT probe in the egr cooler causes the h/s to read outrageous temps sometimes. if you're de let ed then use the prob out of the front of the stock echaust should cure that.. if that's your issue. What are your egt number on the H/S?

They only way I could get the mini max to even read the egts was to use the probe from the exhaust...I never get sporadic readings just defueling at WOT. I think I'm just going to turn them off.

Only time mine is chirping is when I'm pulling the toyhauler (25k gross) up a hill at speed - 3rd or 4th reving pretty good.

Thing starts chirping like mad, but all the gauges are in the green/yellow.

WTF?

Stock h&s settings, I've never messed w/ them.
