Ran it out of diesel and sucked in air so it wouldn't start. I've never had a vehicle do this it still said 20 miles to empty and it just shut off. It happened in my 6.4 has anyone else ever had this problem?

@smcox1 I've seen the draw tube in the tank break off on these things before. I always recommend not letting your truck go below a quarter tank.

Unless your truck is older and the foot has fallen off the fuel pickup. In that case half a tank is empty. One of my bosses has a 2001 7.3 that spent time out here in Houston on the jobsite. His brother made a run to the airport to pick someone up and 5 miles down the road he's calling me to bring him fuel. Ran it dry with a 1/4 tank in it.

I was 3/4 of a mile away from the gas station. It probably didn't help that I floored it while pulling a trailer to get up to about 70 when I pulled out of the Kubota dealership LOL

Well I was gonna put my new cervinis cowl hood on today... But when I got to the body shop to pick it up, he had ordered the wrong hood even after I gave him the part number for the 08-10 hood.... He got one for a 99-07 with the ram air holes in the front.... Needless to say neither one of us is happy because he already painted the wrong hood.......

But they also never tow, which throws the Meter off like crazy.

My aviator and one cayenne has pulled my enclosed trailer multiple times 5k-ish. And I don't ever remember the mileage dropping like crazy. The crazy thing is my 6.4 gets the same mileage pulling something or not it averages about 15mpg. But then again that's listening to the lie o meter I've never calculated it.

Oil filter change, oil sample, tire rotation, EBC brake pads, drained brake fluid until clear, and noticed some idiot created the brake fluid reservoir cap that says to use DOT 3 break fluid.
