Looks like the only thing messed up after clearing the codes is the 1211 code. Do what 6.0tech said and start there.

Again, what is idle voltage and voltage at wot? And at cruising speeds? Key off voltage doesnt help other than one battery being lower than the other isnt that great.

Just checked the oil pressure while driving and it never went over 35 psi. Pressure was dropping to about 25 psi getting up to speed 1/2 throttle. WOT it was tanking, coming to a stop it dropped to about 10 psi and was about ready to die. I let it idle for a bit once stopped to see if it would come back up and it never did. When I slowly started to take off the pressure started rising back to 35, I stopped for about 10 seconds and took off again 1/2 throttle and it was doing the same thing 25 psi and tanking at WOT

Sounds like your lpop isn’t giving enough pressure. You should see higher then 25psi I would imagine

You have a mechanical gauge on the lube oil pressure? Should have 45-50 hot @ 2000-2500 on the reservoir.

Yep.. oil might do that too. I have seen that happen with rotella, mobil, and motorcraft 15-40 oils.
Also, battery voltage running should be 14+ volts
Yep for sure. Supposedly though, as long as voltage never drops below 12.5 volts, it shouldnt affect it.. but i know for a fact that when my dually drops below 14v it starts running like chit! Jimdawg185 can vouch for that too.. id get another alternator on there and see what happens when it stays around 14.2v..

Im running Rotella T4 15-40. I changed the oil last night, I drained it into a large commercial kitchen cone oil filter to see if there was any debris in it. This piece of paper towel came out.

I checked the pressure relief valve on the oil filter housing and it was fully closed. I hooked up the gauge to the filter housing and took it for a drive, pressure seemed normal going up with rpm holding good pressure still running the same. I hooked the gauge back up to the HPOP reservoir and the pressure was doing the same thing before I changed the oil, dropping with rpm and not going over 35 psi. Im thinking I may have left some paper towel in a oil port while I was working on it. I was using paper towels to close off the ports so no debris would get into them.

It there where I can check for a restriction first that is easy to get to? Any ideas how to get the pick up screen unclogged with compressed air or would the engine need to come out?
