Great people, great service, great overall experiences is all I've ever heard come from BTS Customers. Hes a great guy to deal with, as a customer AND as a vendor

We are upgrading a truck from 500hp to a tad bit more than that and brian told us if we could afford to be without it he will have it picked up, freshen it up and update it, and ship it back all for free.

You cant find that anywhere.

just swapped my converter from my 6.0 over to a 6.4 converter from brian.

after i told him it was going in a new truck, he had me ship it back, and went through the whole trans, freshening it up from the last time it was there.

all i paid was freight both ways.

Brian has taken care of me better than I could have expected. That does not take into account the time he took to talk to me to make sure I understood everything. He makes you feel like you are his only customer and that he is there for you whatever you need.

His warranty for the guy that asked earlier is a hand shake with a promise he will take care of and stand behind anything he builds. He's a throw back to a time when it was normal for a persons word to be all you needed. With him it still exists and then some.....

Yes within the first 2 years all freight is on him. Even after 2 years its generally free repair, you just pay shipping.
