need some input on tire size

I've got a dually with 4.11gears and mods in Sig. I'd like to buy some new tires soon and wanted to go with either 33's or 35's. My question is how much of a noticeable power decrease will I see with the 35's over the stock 245 tires or would it be more beneficial to just got to 33 tall.

I live in the northern part of town thank goodness. The road was impassable for a good 24 hrs, and a few businesses took in some water other than that all good.

Without the waste gate I was getting close to maxing the bp sensor on the truck I figure with the wastegate I can avoid that
