Dont see teeth on the hub.. Thats means its a sprag not a mechanical diode. Only know this from the and hours hours of research done before I rebuilt my 4r100. Its easy to Google the diode and see how different it looks.

Take the axles out, cut the axle shaft off and reinstall... Over fill the diff enough to bring the fluid up into the housing tubes... Just need to make sure enough oil is getting to the wheel bearings since the ring gear will not be spinning fluid around everywhere anymore.
