so I'm pretty sure i just wired the thing up wrong, but when i turn the key on this awesome buzzing sound comes from my GP controller. is it just a wiring issue or did i fry something?

So I have a 1990 f250 with dual tanks. And if I'm down do like the last 8th of my rear tank and I go up a fairsized hill the truck will die on me from not getting fuel. So I wan wondering if the front tank is the main tank designed to have less of a low spot. Thans
