Dealer could have reused the coolant and captured it in nasty pans?
Besides that only thing I could think of would be stuff that didn't come out during the casting process.

It doesn't look like it's a big leak otherwise it would be wet with oil. It'll probably get worse over time and you'll just have to replace the o ring

Crankcase vapor - basically oil and condensation
You might have to replace that oring under the intake if it's leaking ccv vapor it's probably bleeding boost as well

I have a set of headlights off of my 2011 XL truck. They are in perfect shape just taking up space in the garage.

Yeah unfortunately it's only been 5k ish miles since the heads were off. At least nothing was missed there, not that that is any consolation at this point.
Both me and some others had problems with fuel lines that kept leaking/cracking, not sure if that issue has been figured out or not.
Besides having to keep an extra high pressure line and a wrench in the glovebox you get the proven reliability of a cp3 to help out the cp4

I forget what stock fuel 2015+ make. It'll be a solid 40+hp bump I'm sure but that 66mm is probably good for up to 80 hp over stock with more fuel. Depends on what that stock turbine will flow.
