Im guessing its staring me in the face but I can see how to loosen the belt so I can take my alternator off. Please help. :fustrate:

Every thing "seems" fine...BUT, the back of the alternater (opposite of the pulley) is blown out. Theres a bunch of small bearings and a couple washers laying behind it...Could this have anything to do with the alternater though? Hey guys, I need help by morning. I was getting ready to come home from a field about 20 miles away and I was being a dork and revved my truck once when my dad walked by the exhuast, right after that it died. Now it wont start. All the normal dash items light up BUT the oil pressure gauge...

Other than a new tint job, I want to do stage 1's, electric fuel and 6.0 torque converter all at the same time. If I ever find an axle to swap for real cheap then that might be the next one...all a money problem, go figure.

Oh right on. I guess if an allison can handle 100hp over stock (duramax), then thats pretty big hp numbers to get the 7.3 up to without worry...Isnt it?
