H&S MCC coast clutch

That looks basically the same as mine. I thought 6.4.51 was the last update they made in August 2013. Maybe there was one more.

What Tuning Version # (TV) is your program. Your H&S may be a knock off version with a hybrid tuning version installed. send me a PM with your e-mail and I will send you what I have.

H&S MCC coast clutch

In the transmission file you are using, go to engine braking and change "Gear in which engine braking can occur normal mode" from 6 to 1. this will disable the coast clutch in all gears. If you want the coast clutch to function say in 1st and 2nd, then change the number to 3.

6.4 dies while driving. Starts up again and dies. P0625

Cranking after the Key is released is normal, Some call it TIP start, Tip the key momentarily to the start position and the start sequence is initiated, the engine will crank for a predetermined period or until the engine starts...

Help with H&S Mini Maxx, cant change power

According to the H&S Manual the 2011-2013 Duramax tuning is not "on the fly" adjustable.

Tuning.

Before replacing the VGT actuator, check that the MAP sensor & the exhaust pressure sensor (back pressure) are reading correctly. Ensure the MAP sensor & port in the Manifold are not plugged up. Same for the tube & fitting that connect to the EP sensor to the exhaust manifold.

6.4 Intermittent Power Limit

Did you replace the fuel rail pressure sensor when you did the pump?, if not that would be the easiest to start with.

Weird crank no start issue...

All those codes point to a problem with the Hi Pressure Fuel Pump, Possibly a problem with the harness.

E-locker or Truetrac?

I put a Yukon grizzly locker in the back & a Trutrac in the front of my 2010 F350. I have had them in now for 36000 miles running 4:10s & 37x13.5x20 tires. The Trutrac up front is very well mannered & I cant fault it at all, especially for a front drive axle. The grizzly is well mannered 99% of...
