Get the 7.3 adapter and forget about it.

They had me download a update,still not work,then i sent it in twice so far,still dont work,works on my 05 but the 04 with the heating strategy will not showup,just some dots in place of a ebp number.

MY cts reads 0 or just a few dots 04,but my forscan reads it no problem,been back and forth with edge no solution yet, it shows up on my 05 no problem.

Did you clean the ebp tube,crank it without the sensor,see if it blows out strong.

its on the plug end of the harness,it seals and keeps the plug from moving around like when the fan kicks on high and blows under the hood moving wires,if its missing you can get a momentary loss signal,throws a soft code for ebp problems yet stored in memory, hence koeo and move the wires...

When you take it off,you ever notice any moisture inside any them? Also have someone watch the monitor ebp and ebp voltage while you move the wires around at the sensor,see if any changes, the rubber seal on the plugin still there?

EDGE musta got some bad boards or something at some point,my first one lasted 6 yrs before heat took it out,second one[a month old] right side touchpad stopped working,no eas works at all,about to get number 3 this week,hope it works right,getting old.

EDGE,or if you can download forscan,get a elm adapter and read codes,ck about everything inc trans.
