Weird one...engine miss for specific time?
Had a couple in the shop exactly the same. Only they would shut off every time when the icp sensor started working. -

Weird CEL..... no powertrain codes...
Doesnt matter what kind of chip you have, they all have the same connection. If it moves even a little, it can cause this stall issue. Mine started doing it after probably two or three years of riding around in there. Either it wasnt clean enough to start with, or it wiggled around some... -

Dont know. Whatever it had when I bought it. Doesnt feel stock. At the least has a shift kit for sure. It works very well though. May need to shift a bit quicker/ slightly firmer in the higher settings. I think the truck would run 8.60 if it shifted a little quicker and a bit harder. Needs a...- smorris

Nothing crazy, 238/80 gtp38r, full 4" turbo back exhaust, electric fuel, regulated return, Swamps tunes, 3" intakes, intercooled. 4" lift kit, 35 inch pro comp extm mud terrains. Other than that, its stock everything.- smorris

The OBS didnt let me down though, ran a 8.80@77 mph after a couple passes getting used to it. And still towed the big old gooseneck home. Not bad for no more than its got done.- smorris

Not sure yet. Input shaft possibly. Two stages, and it just stopped pulling at two thirds track. After that, nothing in any gear.- smorris

powersteering pump is being a whiney beech
I used mobil synthetic and it quieted right down. Less noise than when it was new I believe. Who woulda thought....- smorris

Jason, has anyone yet, actually measured, JUST the flow across the poppets, at different ICP values? I'm sure they have, but if not, that would be very useful info. I mean, if you know exactly how much flow you get across there at 2700-2800 psi with X viscosity oil, you should be able to figure...- smorris

Well, with the addition of water meth, your really asking for trouble. Problem there is, its added through the air intake. Meaning the meth will be in the cylinder before you start the compression stroke. Meaning, it will light off whenever you get enough heat in there. Throw some nitrous in...- smorris
