    what kind of fuel psi

short answer, Install a regulated return. If you are running all stock fuel system from the pump to injectors, I wouldn't worry about it to much. You should however, have some way to monitor fuel PSI. You do not want to run any less than 45psi, it will kill your injectors.

    Turbo upgrade questions

I have never had a problem with mine sticking. But from my research I figured it would be good to have a way to ops check the valve just in case.

    what kind of fuel psi

No less than 45psi. I currently have mine set at 53psi measured after the heads, drops to 52 psi on full throttle runs. There is a guy over on the .org that was doing some dyno tuning recently. He actually picked up around 200 ft lbs of torque dropping his fuel pressure down to I think 52 psi...

    Turbo upgrade questions

Yes, actually that does help me. Thank you. That 62 FMW sounds like a sweet little turbo. I am going to have a Turbonetics GT-K 700 built for me. I will have them change out the turbine wheel and install a .84 divided T4. I have my current turbo mated to a BD diverter valve. Honestly this set...

    Turbo upgrade questions

LoL. It is a really good turbo for what it is, an internally gated 62/70. The technology difference between this turbo and say the FMW is basically wheel design. I know there is a little more to it, but not much. I have a set of Ups on order from Matt. The turbo I really want is a custom unit...

    Turbo upgrade questions

How big of a pain in the ass would it be to swap out a T3 exhaust for a T4. The turbo is a Industrial injection 62/65/70. What are some proven compressor wheels I could install on this turbo? I have seen a couple, but dont know if they would be worth the price to swap. I would really like to...

    Who's running Borg Warner s362/68/.91

Yes I have. The truck runs alot better with a ported manifold. My observations are; - My turbo lights off about 200 RPM sooner. I don't know why. I would think fuel and exhaust pressure would control how fast they light. - EGTs dropped about 150 degrees - I used to hate when my trans locked...

    changes and additions coming...

mine didn't help my cold at all, but it sure did look nice before I installed it and put the degass bottle back over top of it.

    No/low boost

Is his exhaust stock? in other words does he still have the cat? Maybe disconnect the cat and take it for a test drive. I have never heard of one failing on a diesel truck, but you never know.

    Turbo/diverter valve and FICM

I have a couple things for sale; First up is a good 4 screw FICM from a 2006 never opened up and messed with. Always shows 48.5 - 49 volts, and has a mild FICM tune from Innovative Diesel. $500 shipped Next up is a Industrial Injection 62/70 Phatshaft turbo, with a BD Diverter valve, and I...

who makes a COMPLETE fuel system?

Check with Jake over at Irate Diesel too. He builds some nice fuel systems. Honestly, if I was going to buy a complete system, it would be a toss up between Jake at Irate, and Dennis at Strictly Diesel.

What is the best way to get 50hp

I would say injectors and turbo. Supporting mods is where your $$ goes to do it right. Bit of advice, don't cut corners, or try to cheap out on parts. Buy once, cry once.
