i put obo on it for a reason. no reasonable offer would be over looked. so idk how you can say its over priced. its a strong running truck so there for in my eyes any 7.3 let alone the super duty body is worth at least 5k if the body aint beat to **** and it runs and drives fine witch mine does...- stroker0864
