    Driveline vibrations

OK, I'll say I've never experienced the vibrations the op is describing.

Pinion looks tight? No loosey goosey in any of the drivetrain? You may need traction bars. I know a lot of guys around here use them because they compete in pulling. Are you using a slider hitch? I'm in about the same boat as you except I have a long bed. I tow a 38' 5er. I have never...

Check your EBP sensor. They get dirty. Also check all your boots for leaks.

I'm having a hard time understanding how that "shim" would cause a valve to stay open. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

So, if I understand you correctly, you bought Ford remans and sent them straight to the machine shop to be prepped? Is it a reputable shop? Any chance they screwed up the machining? Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

I know for myself, I'd have to know exactly what the problem is and correct it. It sounds like you are on the right track, but may be over thinking it? Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

I used the Rotomaster rebuild kits. There's 1 for the high side and 1 for the low. When it comes right down to it, there's not much to rebuilding them. Just disassemble in order, remembering which parts go in which direction. Use assembly lube and don't rush things. I tried to make a video...

Lol, yeah, painted parts hardly show up once everything is installed. I had my block painted Ford blue and my wife thought it was so pretty. When I got done, she wanted to know where the "pretty"engine went. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

I rebuilt my turbos with a kit about 10k ago. All is well. Just take your time and check for other issues when you have it apart.

Check white bear lake Ford for parts. My front cover was about $750 everywhere else, $500 from them.
