Found Dustin's Old Truck
If you've already filled the block at least part full, fill it up past the crack points in the water jackets, then put in a sealer. I can't remember the exact product, but the guys at swamps were very helpful when I did it last. It worked well. No more leaky leak- Wayne

Well, I had to rush to get this street legal as I got a fancy new motor and trans for my truck, and need to have them done before thanksgiving. Without the truck or the unfinished excursion, all my wife and I have is a piece of junk kia, and sharing that car while the truck is down is not...- Wayne

That stinks on the cracked block thing. I had a string of bad luck on that with my old red '08. The original block did it when I did studs one at a time, then when I built the new motor, the same thing happened, even with sufficient teflon paste on every stud. I was incredibly careful too. From an art perspective, the truck is top notch. I completely agree the level of quality in the build is outstanding. I just can't wrap my head around this donk truck craze, and why form is more important than function on so many of these trucks now. Makes me wonder about functional driveline...- Wayne

Yeah, I wasn't fresh on all the diagnostic details, but if you have compression, I see no reason to pull a head at this point. -

That approach makes no sense at all to me. Does it have cam and crank timing synchronization? If so, the cam and crank relationship is fine. I could see pulling the #1 injector, and putting in a depth gauge to find tdc, then comparing it with the cam timing if that is a problem. The head would... -

Yeah, fun. :( so if it's not currently hydrolocked, and all the electrical circuits pass, you have rpm signal, it could very well have slipped the cam gear or broke something sensor related. -
