I agree. If it were my vehicle I would use copper wire. Im just thinking out loud, could even use those short pre-made cables for the grounds in that case. Blown head gaskets or cracked EGR coolers?
What tune you run? Cooler block offs are cheap, you already have the valve disabled right? Wouldnt you want to do that right away? I know at 100,001 miles I felt like I was on borrowed time. If you took them off could pressurize them.- TjMiller

Right, if it were mine I wouldnt use the frame rail only cause its so short. His original plan was to put both batteries in same location so he would have to use a 4/0 ground jumper from batteries to frame then again in front to the motor. A 4/0 copper + and - wont work in this application? Could use frame rail for ground but its such a short run just do it in copper. Not sure about the 3/8 ends for the 4/0 though. I used a splice connector at the end of the 4/0 then pigtailed 3 smaller guage wires to the batteries...- TjMiller

Auto hub maintenance and replacement options
I agree, if I don't find any problem with the hubs themselves it would be a waste to replace them. If I had a problem with the vacuum system I could just plug it and switch the stock hubs manually. The vacuum system seems pretty simple so shouldn't be hard to troubleshoot that. My concern was... -

Before I check want to make sure I know what Im looking for. When 4x4 is switched on the vacuum pump kicks on. I am assuming it shuts off once desired vacuum pressure is reached ? If so, is there a sensor in the pump that tells it when to shut off? -

Any ideas why the hubs would've have been locked? I have been getting a pretty good front end wobble/oscillation from time to time if I hit bumps just right. Any chance this would somehow engage the hubs from bouncing around like that? -

I just did front brakes on my F350 and noticed my hubs were engaged, haven't used 4 wheel for a few weeks, this is an ESOF system that was set to auto. I flipped the dial back and forth and that disengaged them. Is there any procedure to disengage them when coming out of 4x4 that Im not aware... -

Terminator engineering still doing pumps?
Ok, having the work I need done is not an emergency but I need to know if I should grab this pump before its gone. Needs the anti drain back removed to work on my truck don't want to buy it if it wont work. Still haven't heard back, I will try on PSN- TjMiller
