    Hornblasters install

To me there's nothing like the sound of a real set in person. These are plenty loud though for sure. This is the Conductors Special 240 kit. 2 gallon tank and Viair 400 compressor. It's enough for a few short blasts and honestly that's about all I've ever done anyway. My last set I had a 5...

    Hornblasters install

These aren't as popular as they once were but they still make me laugh so I put one on. It's nowhere near my last K5LA set at 200 psi but it'll still wake up a texting driver and is about 1/6 the money I had tied up last time. I may swap the horns for a K3LA one day. Anyway...I didn't want to...

    P008A after fuel filter swap.

So it looks like this is a case of the Edge CS2 simply not being able to clear this code on a Spar tan tuned truck. There are no "real" codes stored. I'm calling it good and not gonna worry about it anymore.

    P008A after fuel filter swap.

Nothing on the dash and the AirDog holds a steady 10psi. If it weren't for seeing he code on the CS2 I'd have no idea anything was happening.

    P008A after fuel filter swap.

Someone elsewhere mentioned he's seen some codes that an Edge monitor just won't clear. Gonna slap an IDS on it Monday and see if that's the case. We can also take a look at comanded vs actual pressure and see if the pump is healthy.

    P008A after fuel filter swap.

OK...went through the whole process again. O-ring looks great, lubed up and reinstalled. Went through the whole priming process, again, even though it shouldn't need of with the AirDog feeding it. You can feel the pump working and no odd noises. Truck fires right up without missing a beat. Still...

    P008A after fuel filter swap.

    I like the extra filtration.

    Thats a thought.

    P008A after fuel filter swap.

Replaced with Motorcraft filters and new o-ring and had P008A afterward...filter housing was seeping some fuel. Removed frame mount filter to reset and check the o-ring...all looked well but still seeping fuel after driving and still have the code. Removed again and replaced the o-ring today...

Do I really need to upgrade lift pump?

Not needed at that point. I only added my AirDog for the extra fuel filtration...and I don't pay for them. lol

I got the short end of the stick on this one :(

When a loaded F250 can go well over $1000 a month I can see an $800 note on a 150 pretty easily.

    I don't. Didn't think about it.

Just used the factory adjuster. As long as the projector is mounted square everything functions like OEM.

    What does this mean?

I should have also said that if it's the OP's first time seeing the message I'd just turn it off and go. No way the additive package is worn out by the first service interval.

    What does this mean?

It's triggers by engine hours. You're supposed to test both coolant systems to make sure they're up to snuff. If not, pour in the additive. You can add the additive two times to rejuvenate the coolant before it needs to be replaced. Also, Prestone DexCool is equivelent to the Ford coolant. It...

You have to do some minor surgery with a dremel but nothing hard. No interference issues either. No induced noise, no flickering of anything. It's perfect.

You can I'm sure but there's no adjustability built in. The problem with running a separate high beam is the time it takes to warm up when you activate it. A bi-xenon projector is the way to go for hi/low function instantly. I just wanted it in all 4 lights so Dan and I figured it out. It's a...

    CNC Ported Scorpion Heads

You have to start somewhere...at least this guy is trying while everyone else just sits here and b!tches at him.

    CNC Ported Scorpion Heads

I don't know why the guy is getting hammered so bad. Maybe he shouldn't have posted pricing as a non vendor but is that reason to lay into him? The fact is, airflow is where power comes from. Anyone that disputes that is an idiot...period. Maybe some folks have tried hand ported heads that...

Pinch weld cover design I've been working on

PMF has had another version for quite a while. This is a new design where I changed up the front of the covers quite a bit so everything is hidden. They're also available from PMF but are different than the old covers. I saw Trevor post they're $65 and no hardware is included. There's just too...
