The 2.9 is the result from the IDM connector in the fender well through the injector and back. According to the test page that is an acceptable range. But let me know if that is not right. I hear you on the wiring, but I have removed and tested this entire harness 3 times, both for continuity... -

It's way louder than the old injectors. That video seems really loud. Mine are not that loud. The injectors are a consistent volume across all 8, no dips, or weak pulses. -

Ok, I will. It does pass all buzz tests both audible and no codes on PCM and IDM. Buzz test should indicate power is working and the IDM, right? The IDM harness checks all show 2.9 ohms through inj. I'll have to get back to you tomorrow after work. -

Yes. The 7.3 will run on one bank. It will drive, but not well. A common test to isolate issues is to unplug one UVCH at a time. -

Thank you for the suggestion. I didn't see it under all the gook. Once I cleaned the area and hooked up a pressure gauge it showed 100 PSI on prime and then backed down to 65 after prime. Any other ideas? I have read about IDM shutting down banks at a time, but usually with an accompanying... -

Yes on the line behind the pass head next to turbo, I removed the check valve and gutted it. Then blew out the line back towards fuel filter. When I removed the line, very little diesel came out. I expected the head to drain. On the passenger head how do I do this? Is it behind the AC... -
