    They are painted. The truck is Tuxedo black so theres no powder that will ever match the metallic in that paint. They get scuffed well, adhesion promotor, epoxy primed, then base and clear.

    Tuck adapters are the right way to do the wheels on a lowered truck, the problem is that you will need to tub the bed to make room for the tires.

    Toyo Open Country RTs

    22x10 would be -24 offset most likely. That will be pretty safe on 4.5 lift with 37s. Will require some trimming but not bad. If you were to run 12 wides which would get the -44 offset then theres no way your running 37s on only 4.5 lift.
