OBS defuel?
the MAP only reads to about 35psi boost. I have personally tested it with regulated shop air and using torqueapp. the PCM will 'see' a -30 psi value when the MAP maxes out and the PCM takes a bit to recover from the overboost. like most have said, get a regulator to prevent the sensor from...- m j

OBS 05+ axle swap
got this 08 for $500cdn its pretty tempting to put the '01 2wdr work truck on this roller as it is the same eclb the wheels cost me $400 the pricing for bling parts is weird to me when hard parts are so cheap- m j

get the ford kit from riffraff, the best deal going. upgrade the pistons to cut bowls. the contents of the kit for the $$ will amaze you -

Water pump install
remove the water neck, see if the oring is ruined. if it isnt then reinstall slowly and carefully. sealant is a dumb idea. it is an oring it needs no sealant if you install it properly- m j

the oring is tricky to install, you have to tighten the bolts evenly. I bought my truck with a leaking fresh waterpump install a couple of trys to get the finicky seal to do its job. if it leaks it means you bumped it out of position on install- m j

Entry Level MIG Welder
that is a perfect example Rated Output 120V: 100A/19.0/40% 230V: 200A/24V/25% they dont even list a 60% duty cycle rating. says 210 on the box but is more likely a 60 amp welder.- m j

What injector to match a 6.7
I think it is stronger pistons connecting rods and block that allow the 6bta to make more low rpm cylinder pressure, and its the fuel system that lets it make more power at a higher rpm then the heui motors I dont credit the stroke with the inability of the 6.0 to make low rpm power low rpm...- m j

simple myth there bud. nothing to stop a v8 from having just as much stroke, has nothing to do with the bank angle. and if the cubic inches are similar then the engine with more cylinders has more valves to feed the inches air. 'torque down low' has nothing to do with lining up cylinders in a...- m j
