Rad support...good news
is that LMC's part number? that is all I find on google with that number. LMC shipping does not work for Canadians so I would rather find it from anywhere else edit - ouch $125 usd for US shipping. this becomes a very pricey part...- m j

no. that 3000 psi hpo pressure = 21000 fuel pressure at nozzle = better atomization = hybrids have a disadvantage etc etc all it says is the system can generate 21000 if there wasnt a leak in it. cracking pressure makes sense to me, its used in mechanical PT fuel systems as well- m j

that way of interpreting the math is incorrect anyway. the only time you are going to see the pressure these guys think exists is if the nozzle was welded closed. pressure is a measure of restriction, the nozzle is the restriction. so all the math tells you is the maximum pressure the injector...- m j

Banjo bolt upgrade 7.3
Diesel Innovations has the best banjo replacement, removes all the choke points hucorey is talking about. the gain is unlikely to be in hp, but might show in fuel pump longevity. moves all the restrictions post injector. I havent seen any good data on fuel systems, would be interesting to see...- m j

its a hall effect sensor. as delivered it has crimps in the system, and connections in a few spots. IMO it will give zero fks how you connect it.- m j

regulator = Norgren part number R07-100-RNEA looks to be perfect and has a locking knob https://www.imi-precision.com/hk/en/detail/r07-100-rnea/pressure-regulator that is what I used, looks like what the vendors marks up and sells- m j

google says it calls for merconV. what are the syncro blocker rings made of? if its old skool brass then they wont be ruined by any oil. the lube pump might not like thick gear oil- m j
