Bean's D66 Turbo for 94-97 OBS 7.3

Move steering wheel or brake and it stalls..
Thats very strange. I would examine the wiring under the steering column and under the dash to see if there arnt some bare wires shorting out, not sure how the brakes pedal would tie into that or why it would stay running with an elevated idle but thats just an idea. -
CP4 High pressure pump disaster prevention kit
Its a 6.7l V8, not a C15 Cat, some rpm is definitely not going to hurt it and some hard accelation every so often is a good thing. You're not saving anything by driving it the way you are. If you're that worried, I'd suggest buying a gas engine.- Petro

Reoccurring Cracked oil reservoir
No, I don't believe so. As far as i know, the only gasket that can cause cracks if installed into the wrong reservoir, is the fiiltered screen gasket. I didn't get time to look at it today. You're saying the cluster can interrupt communication between the scanner and pcm? I was planning on swapping in a different pcm tomorrow just to see what happens buf im at kind of a loss on where to start. -

What would cause low ICP and low IPR duty cycle?
Are you running any sort of oil additive to help break in the engine by chance? Ran into a similar problem a few years back. Rebuilt an engine and added a small bottle of "break in" zinc additive to the oil. It would do the same, hit a certain temp and just randomly die. Some days it would...- Petro

Towing Heavy with 6.0L/7.3L
I can't think of any cons to a mechanical 466. A big positive would be the ability to turn the pump up for more power very easily and no emissions bull****.
