Cruise Control and Tilt
I just added cruise control on my 97 it just required the horn cover and there is a plug under the hood that goes to a redundant brake shutoff switch that I had to put a wire across. I also have put a tilt column in and it was from a f150 and an auto. The plugs weren't the same in my situation...- morefuel

It goes right is just like your stock comp wheel. If I had the turbo out I would say it is well worth it. Not sure it would be worth it to take the turbo out just to change though.- morefuel

Well I got it changed took me about 5 hours total. I run cooler and the turbo is way quieter. Also it cut down on the smoke a bit.- morefuel

When they balance a turbo are they balanced with the wheel on the shaft? If they are, my thinking is that anytime the comp. wheel is taken off, the turbo would need to be rebalanced.- morefuel

Which Intercooler
They 6.0s have plastic end tanks. The Superduty 7.3 has aluminum end tanks. I also have the 6.0 I/C but no install pics.- morefuel

Mobil Delvac 15w40 or 5w40 synthetic

ZF6 Install
My bad on the first gear ratio but then I believe with the 4.14 first gear ratio the zf5 has a .77 OD. I wasn't sure whether or not we had the wide ratio or the close ratio trans.- morefuel

I put some 55watt 4500k from DDMtuning in my parents van and they turned out pure white. But I have 35watt 5000k from retro in my f250 and they are a little blue, about like the factory HIDs. But like dzchey21 I had some trouble with mine at first, one bulb was shot but he sent me a new bulb...- morefuel
