Truck kinda "stutters" while cranking after warmed up

Truck kinda stutters while cranking after being warmed up. Once it actually starts it idles totally fine. California 97 if that matters. See video below. https://photos.app.goo.gl/CjZJ6bF9xQ9LM4Go8

Need a reduction range fork for a BW 4407 transfer case

I can't for the life of me find a range fork for my transfer case. I've seen ones for the 4406 for sale and it looks identical, beside this small tab on it that would have to be cut off

Transmission revving high but hardly moving, only shifting gears manually

97 7.3 4*4 So I installed a rebuilt transmission, filled it up and confirmed it was full after running. Drove it a total of probably 20 miles between 3 drives. Yesterday I drove it about 3 miles on the freeway, got off and stopped at a red light and when when I went to take off, it was acting...

    Grinding/Clunking when shifting into park.

97 7.3 E4OD 4x4 BW4407 Just put a new e40d in my truck. While filling it up and shifting through the gears it was shifting fine. Did this a few times to ensure I had fluid in the entire transmission. All of a sudden now when I shift back into park after shifting through the gears it's makes...

    BorgWarner 4407 Front Driveshaft Leak

What do I need to do to remove/replace the front seal? Do I need to split the transfer case? Does this kit include the seal that should fix the leak? https://cobratransmission.com/bw-4407-gasket-and-seal-kit-55009003-1

    Transmission issues, possibly TC?

While driving my 97 7.3 Auto today I was pulling away from a stop light and the truck would not shift out of first. Pulled over and couldn't even get it to go into gear. Kept switching between P, N and R and eventually got it to go into gear and to shift gears. Seemed to be revving higher than...

97 7.3 white (grey?) Smoke under acceleration (sometimes)

Truck has 225k miles on it. Recently I've been seeing white, maybe considered grey smoke, mainly only when under WOT and on the 75hp setting on my TS6. I do not see this all the time, just randomly. I do notice however it tends to happen once the truck is up to operating temp, then I let it sit...

How do these ICP/IPR numbers look?

97 7.3 California Emissions From what I have read I should be between 2450-2750 PSI and 35-40% under hard acceleration. My PSI is on the low end but still in range, IPR seems good, just curious if this chart curve looks normal also. I can upload the forscan file if anyone wanted to look at it...

What would you call this piece on the engine?

Added same running lights/blinkers under my steps

Some might thinks it's a little much but I really like them, they stay on with the lights but blink when the blinker is on. They are also wired to the dashboard dimmer, along with the visor lights. So if I want I can dim them both, or can turm them off completely but can still see the gauge...

Leaf Spring U-Bolt plate hitting bump stop (Skyjacker)

My 97 F250 7.3 came with a Skyjacker lift on it. I noticed the plate on top of the leaf springs is rotated 90 degrees compared to the stock one (picture #2) I assume the plate/ubolts on my truck are part of the Skyjacker kit but why would they design it so it hits the bump stops? Do you think...

3 inch to 4 inch downpipe?

looking to re do my exhaust, should I do a 3 inch down pipe to 4 inch exhaust? Currently has intake, Ts 6 chip and 3inch downpipe to 3.5inch exhaust with no muffler I know all downpipes are 2 pieces but are both pieces always 3inches or do some have larger diameters for the second half? or...

    Both front shackles bent

Both the front shackles are bent, can the leaf springs be adjusted left and right on the axle?Or is there a pin in the axles the leaf springs align with? Part of me thinks whoever messed with them last didn't align the leaf springs so it put to much tension on them? Obviously I am going to...

Flywheel damaged, but not sure if it or the starter is actually causing issues

As you can see in the photo, some of the teeth on my flywheel are missing a portion of their depth(still have their point). Sometimes when trying to start the truck I hear a loud grinding noise, turn the key off and on and it starts right up. Since so much of the teeth is left do you think the...

Will the chrome tailgate trim that came on a 92-96 fit a 1997 F250?

Will this fit on my 97 tailgate? I feel like it should as the 96 and 97 are pretty similar Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

Does anyone sell a chrome kit for the lower portion, the part that's like 5inches on the doors/bed Was this a factory option? Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

Part # for fuel filter? Dealership selling me wrong one

Dealership sold me the one on the left with the smaller hole. But my truck only fits the one with a larger hole, which they can't seem to find. 1997 F250 7.3 Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

Is this EGT sensor in this location useless? (Done by previous owner)

Any way to figure out like what 1200 at the manifolds would be here? Or should I just move it to the manifold? Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

1997 7.3 Does not seem to be making boost

My 7.3 does not seem to be making boost, however.... When I remove the intake I can see the turbo wheel spinning, It is also solid and has no play to it so that seems fine (looks like it may have been rebuilt) When I remove the Y pipe going into the motor it does seem like it is pushing air...
