Never used this, but its an OTC 6697 axle seal tool. New is around $150, Id take 90$ I can get images if need be.

5.4l lowering springs for a 6.0. These are brand new in box 4800# springs, Ford PN: 5c34-5310-afb. Drops the truck around 1.5-1.75" These were 140$ per spring, so 280$ for both. Id take 225 shipped. Shipping is going to kill me on these, they're pretty heavy.
