Hot side intercooler tube
Caught mine too late. I will have to replace the tube unless I can get my brother in law to weld it up for me. It rubbed right where the line makes the 90 and connects to the pump. -

Anyone else have the line on the side of the power steering pump rub a hole in the hot side tube? -

Starter Amp Draw.
Changed the starter out yesterday. Starting fine now. -

Does anyone have the acceptable range for what the starter draws when cranking? Mines drawing around 610. Swapped both batteries this morning because one tested bad and had to jump it off this morning. -

Could this be anything else other than the oil cooler. Not getting any coolant in the oil. Would it be better to buy the cooler, gaskets, and o-rings or just the gaskets and o-rings? Can get the cooler and all gaskets and o-rings from Ford for $300. -

Now it looks like oil. Are there instructions on here on how to change the gaskets on the oil cooler? it didn't look like this before. I've flushed all the coolant out twice it is just water now. -
