    2017 6.7 Rod Differences Found

If they're as strong as a 6.0 rod that really wouldn't help much. You rich folks 6.7s make so much damn torque so early. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Man I can't even tell you how many hours I've spent on this thing in the driveway in fuking 115 degree Miami. The determination is there, trying to be the fastest 4 door super duty in the country. Huge goals for a nobody like me but imma make it happen [emoji869] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes it has! Made E5 and moved to Miami. Pay has gone up quite a bit. Still working on it in a driveway but that's half the fun. The truck is doing good for what it is but it needs an engine bad. Only making 260-275 psi on manual compression test. She's hurt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I did a lot of cutting and got it down to 6500 with me in it. 10.60s on fuel should be attainable once I put more fuel to it. The 11.0 was fuel only on a smaller tune with a huge drive pressure leak. Fingers crossed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

how common is lifter failure .. actually

My 03 lifters looked rough at 226k. Good friend of mine has 290k and truck hasn't even had the heads off of it. Ghetto fogging a truck wouldn't cause lifter failure. You could have a con rod hitting a counter weight or as wayne said a rod bearing. My 03 has been in the mid 800hp range for...
