Comes in H&S box with all cables, SD cards. Instructions everything that came with it is there. Its unlocked with 300HD tunes. Had for 5k miles. Also have the H&S mount over the vent for a clean install. I have the MCC unlock not sure if it carries over or not. 1850 shipped.
