Same issue for me....head gasket failure....mine started puking and before I noticed a temp spike it popped the egr cooler line....studded and deleted it and now my y up pipe has a cracked bellow now....can never get ahead on these thing

The egr is deleted with a kit from sinister.... I will look into ordering a new one....thanks to everyone for leading me in the right direction

Thanks man, had my buddy brake boost and it was bellows soot every from back. Definitely the y pipe. Soot cover I g everything back there. Thanks for the reply

OK....first post and I am somewhat of a noob. I have a 2006 power stroke. I just got a SCT livewire 4 in turbo back exhaust , egr delete, headstuds, oil cooler, a 2003 turbo and a coolant filtration system less than 500 miles ago. Everything running great with an insane whistle from the 03...
