What size injectors are in the truck? And for those who are wanting the v band outlet on the SX-E, that will soon be available as an option when the turbo is ordered from HT Turbo. Can be done before it's ship out...will include an oring as well.

On paper the 69 actually outflows the 71. The 371 uses the clipped turbine wheel where the 69 doesn't. So it's hard to say which is going to be best for peak power. The 69 should drive and spool much better and will be quite a bit cheaper.

Yes it could be, but it gets its boost signal from piggybacking the map sensor harness, which I believe is different in the 6.4. So you'd have to trigger off egt only I think.

I am unaware of any recent 64.5/70 failures? There were some 5-6 months back that had the standard 270-thrust, and seem to have had extreme drive pressure and a couple that had bearing failure from debris in the oil scarring the bearing surfaces. HT Turbos are covered by a one year warranty...

Judging by your avatar picture, those giant tires and what i'd guess is stock 3.73 gearing is one more strike against that turbo being able to spool like it should. if you can't get things to perform like it should, swapping for a 64.5/70/.91 should do the trick and still run nicely with 190/30...
