Got my windows tinted today, now the thermometer on the display screen is all jacked up. It was reading 18-25 degrees, but its 40 here. At one point it also just went to 2 dashed lines?? Any ideas fellas?

I've got a 2011 F350... the heat will blow hot for about 15-20 minutes before it starts blowing cool air.. Where should I start? Flush heat core hoses? Where are they even at? lol Thanks in advance
