This happened to me doing filter replacement. Ended up having to go to advanced auto and buying the cap and filter. The individual filters had the smaller hole. the one that came on the cap and filter had the bigger hole. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I just drained the oil and filled it back up, it started after a couple tries. Truck is idling perfect and when put it gear the truck idles the same way. I ordered a melling lpop since it's probably time for a new one anyways. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes I'll crank for roughly 10 seconds then stop. Crank again for about the same time and it'll start. Could the Lpop lost its prime or something? Because the res. Is staying full it's not draining like before Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It has 320,000 miles and previous owner said he had it done while it was in the shop. Also said the truck has 160/30 injectors which all injectors have the reman mark on. So my guess it hasn't been done in a very long time Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It seems to be making oil pressure( on the dash) when cranking it'll move to the L, then fire up. I will put my mechanical gauge on it tomorrow and see what the pressures are like. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I filled the hpop res. About 3/4 of the way as that's as much oil I had laying around and now checking it, it's sitting right at the top of the res. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have 0 psi coming from the hpop gauge. The truck doesn't even start cold anymore and yes I'd have to crank it for a while but I'd always carry a spare icp sensor and when I put it on it'd start almost immediately Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

On riffraffs website they have the melling m208 lpop. Would this be a good replacement? Truck is all stock but have plans for injectors if I keep the truck for a little while. Or should I just try and get a oem one? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My ipr harness has been hacked up before and when I touch I believe the red wire on the connector they put on I could shut the engine off just by running it( when it ran) I redid that wire today just didn't have much time to do anything else to the truck Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I overfilled the oil pan and still nothing was getting in the reservoir . Maybe I didn't add enough? It was a little above the full mark when I checked it yesterday and probably added 1-1 1/2 quarts earlier today Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
