I've lived in snow country my whole life and use to plow commercially in my 7.3 and never came close to burning a gallon of washer fluid in 24 hrs.

I topped the washer fluid off:, shook the air bubbles out and repeated till it was full, I drove a few hundred miles last night and it went down just a little from using the washers. So I think a tank leak is ruled out.
