Front axle questions
My passenger side has some grease and what not coming out. The "u" joints have quite a bit of play and has some abnormal vibrations coming from the front end at around 70 MPH. Anyhow, what do I need to fix this? I'll most likely be doing both sides just for ease of mind. Any specialty tools... -

Vacuum pump keeps running
Fixed the torn line and fitting on the regular cab but the pump keeps running constantly. Passenger side axle has grease coming out... Could that be the problem? Also... The blue truck has the same issue but comes on every 2-5 min. How hard is it to do the hubs? What other problem could it be... -

Fuel return location on the tank?
Im ready to put in the fuel cooler, for my fuel cooler relocation set up, and i need to know where the return line is to the tank. I'm pretty sure I know where it is but I need to be a 100%. I know where it's at on the frame rail but my cooler will be located in the rear. Thanks in advance -

the beefy build
Turbos are off. Just have to give ford a call mañana and get a few things (hopefully they have it). Wish I had a something good to tow back home to tests these ad mofos out. Staying water cooled due to towing for work. Here is the last pic I took... Minus the turbos and all that good stuff- BFT
