fuel leak....

I currently have a 05 ccsb f250 with stock gearing. I am currently running 35x12.50 Cooper ST and was wondering if a gearing change would help out the truck any? It is normally a daily driver and toy hauler (horse trailer, boat, tractor, or camper) on the weekends. I am looking at going back...
