    Don't know the measurements but you could certainly shorten the rod too, quick cut and weld. Interesting thought, I never paid attention. But the pedal certainly will never reach the floor as it is, so certainly room to play around there.

    Exactly, that is why I need to call them. I "assume" I need the quick 6 in order to have enough available outputs to run the GV, but there is no pre loaded, or pre programmed shift points for the E4OD on the Quick 6 platform that I can see, so probably have to start everything from scratch...

    Yep I was actually looking for an old Gen 1 when I saw they had these new ones out. I need to call them. I know with the Gen 1 I can also control my gear vender. Not sure if the Quick 4 will or if I need the quick 6.

    True but I am fighting that now on my 1995 7.3. The shift points are horrible. I am tired of emailing back and forth trying to get updated programs from tuners. Thinking I am going with a stand alone computer to run the trans. Wish we could put the 5r or 6r behind the 7.3

    Ditto on the valve body kit being an issue, is this the tugger 2 kit? with the separator plate? Like maybe the plate is wrong. Or maybe a stuck valve in the valve body somewhere.

    Found a wiring diagram for a f150, maybe check the wire colors and see if they match what you have. But you could have a bad harness, shorted where it passes through the door. Or someplace else. Also could be a bad master switch on the driver's door.

    You can pinch off the return line with a clamp tool, even a vise grips if you are super careful. I am thinking I had like a 3/16" line. But really it doesn't matter, it will either flow fuel or not. You can run it without a hose and if fuel comes out it will make a mess but you will know that...

    Question, so on the 10.3 mm, Do you need programming or does that work on stock engine? i was curious about that and didn't find the answer. To me the larger pistons mean faster starts, more fuel pressure available all the time, but I don't want to increase fueling.
